LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

Apex licensure and pre-license programs are approved and regulated by the Department of Private Occupational Schools and all courses delivered for continuing education are approved by the Colorado Division of Real Estate under the rules of the Colorado Real Estate Commission. 

Our policies regarding transcripts, certificates, and payments is as follows:

• Courses and Programs are delivered through the Apex state-approved learning management system, or LMS.
• Program completion certificates of completion and REC-33 forms are awarded upon completion of all program components. 
• Transcripts are always available to the student. Send a request to us via text or email anytime.
• Apex Real Estate School does not refuse to provide transcripts on the grounds that a student owes a debt for tuition. 
• Certificates are awarded immediately upon completion of courses. Students will be able to download a copy of any course completion certificate at any time after successfully meeting all course completion requirements. Certificates are also available inside student accounts at any time. 
• All Pre-License students have 3 days to request a full refund after purchase of any program. Details can be found in our catalog.
• All Continuing Education students have 30 days after registration to request a full refund for any course not completed.
•  Notice pursuant to HB22-1049: Apex will not withhold certificates, transcripts, or registrations from students who owe a debt or are enrolled in another school or program. Thus, the process for obtaining a certificate or transcript is to contact Apex or log in to your student account. To file a complaint with the school about a certificate or debt, please email info@apexreschool.com.
• Students' information and data will not be shared except as required by rule or law.
