For anyone with an inactive or expired license that has been inactive or expired less than 37 months, you will want to complete the Broker Reactivation course to activate your license. If it has been over 37 months, give us a call or text us at 720-927-7774.
The short answer is no. Brokerage Administration can NOT be used to make up a missed ACU course. You will want to consider another option, like Broker Reactivation or Broker Recovery.
The course consists of 24 credit hours and can be completed in as little as 3-days. Because it is offered online, you can complete it on a flexible schedule that works around your current production and business commitments. You will have up to two full years or the duration of this license cycle to complete the course online. No pressure, it's your schedule that matters, not ours.
Yes! Colorado law requires schools offering Brokerage Administration be approved and regulated by the Department of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS). Apex is an approved provider, and this course was specifically approved by DPOS for delivery in 2026.
