Data privacy is a critical component of Apex Real Estate School operations. The protection and management of the various types of student and staff Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is critical to Apex Real Estate School operations. Apex Real Estate School computer systems and related devices collect and record data only as required for educational delivery, management, and reporting purposes, or as required by rule or law.
Capturing accurate information is necessary for delivery of programs and reporting of student achievement. Data is also needed to create accurate performance reports. This policy does not restrict the transfers of data to DPOS, the DRE or the CREC, provided that laws do not prohibit such transfers.
Apex Real Estate School uses additional guidelines and strict processes to protect the privacy of every student and ensure the confidentiality and security of all data collected and managed. Apex does not sell the data collected.
