24 Continuing Education Hours

Complete all your continuing education requirements for a 3-year renewal with this course. The course content will cover the annual commission update for the current year and includes Contracts, Legal Requirements, and Brokerage Relationships.

Who Should Take This Course?

Brokers completing this course most likely are in one of these license situations:


  • Active: A Broker whose license is currently active, and the Broker Reactivation course was not used to satisfy the continuing education requirement in the previous licensing cycle. Covers all 24 mandatory CE hours. 


  • Active: A Broker who missed one or more Annual Commission Update courses.


  • Inactive or Expired: For Brokers whose license has been inactive or expired for up to 36 months, complete this course prior to reactivating or reinstating your license to active status.

For anyone with an inactive or expired license that has been inactive or expired less than 37 months, you will want to complete the Broker Reactivation course to activate your license. If it has been over 37 months, give us a call or text us at 720-927-7774.


We get it. You are not alone.  Complete this Broker Reactivation course to meet all the CE requirements for this license cycle. This course covers any missed ACU classes for your current license cycle. 


Unfortunately, no.  It can only be taken for CE credit every other license cycle. You can take the Contracts & Closings courses with Apex this cycle. 


Yes! Colorado law requires schools offering Broker Reactivation be approved and regulated by the Department of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS). Apex is an approved provider, and this course was specifically approved by DPOS for delivery beginning in 2025. 


It is important to note that the Division of Real Estate, under DORA, accepts completion certificates for courses approved by DPOS. These will not be listed on the Division of Real Estate website so make sure you see the certificate of approval from DPOS before registering.  You can see ours below.
